AMC SERVICE

CONFIA CONTROL SYSTEM has proficiency to sort out technical issues and simplify maintenance to provide efficiency to your process automation including PLC controller, HMI, SERVO, VFD Drives and Other Industrial Products.  We have created the maintenance and support service agreement for our valued customers, allowing them to flexibly define the scope of support necessary for their plant and staff. Our service agreement ensures the high degree of security that is very important in all process industries. Our service packages for maintenance and support helps them to reduce downtime and control their maintenance budget.

Before the start of AMC, we survey the plant & existing install base of automation systems.

The following services will be carried out:

• Routine check for Healthiness of the installed PLC hardware and HMI software.

• Study the history of alarms & events to offer you changes in Software and Hardware to obtain better system stability.

• Checking Healthiness of existing SCADA machine including virus check.

• Checking Panel Wiring, Power Supplies, Earth Pits.

• Checking Activation, updates of Software Licenses & firmware which are within warranty.

• Taking backup of Data, Software & logic.

• Minor Rectifications in the software can be carried out as and when required.

Annual Maintenance and Services Contract is available on an as-needed, scheduled, or full-time basis. We help you meet your specific needs throughout the lifecycle of your maintenance strategy

These services are basically meant for troubleshooting of any major failure at site and in case of breakdown reported from site.

SCHEDULED ON SITE SERVICES

These services are basically meant for implementing any program modification at site. The requirement for any changes may arrive due to any process change or need of new recipe/ products / formulation by Customer.

ROUTINE MAINTENANCE

The Maintenance activities shall be carried out as per routine. During the visit, the following activities will be carried out at site;

Checking of all hardware modules

 Overall checking of the system performance.

Checking of break down logbooks to evaluate problems.

Checking of spares availability with the plant and recommendations of spares

 Half day training/ question-answer session on maintenance to operation people
