Factory Field Audit

Following strict guidelines, the audit verifies key areas on-site. The audit includes checking factory documents, certifications, regulations, material controls, inspection procedures, production processes, quality systems, and R&D capabilities. We also provide photo documentation and summary reports to help customers choose the best suppliers.
Inspection Services – In-Line and Final Quality Checks
Confia performs a final quality inspection for every shipment once the full order quantity is produced and packed. For new products, in-line inspections can be scheduled during production. We follow the Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) set by our customers, conducting random sampling tests to assess acceptable defect rates.
