Custom Inspection Based on Your Needs
At Confia, we understand what our customers need and make sure to get the right products. Before shipping, every product goes through a final quality check to ensure it meets customer standards. We work with our customers to set inspection rules based on their specific needs.
Factory Field Audit
Confia’s factory field audits help confirm supplier capabilities. Our quality managers support customers in checking if suppliers meet the required standards for high-quality products and services. Following strict guidelines, the audit verifies key areas on-site. The audit includes checking factory documents, certifications, regulations, material controls, inspection procedures, production processes, quality systems, and R&D capabilities. We also provide photo documentation and summary reports to help customers choose the best suppliers.
Inspection Services – In-Line and Final Quality Checks
Confia performs a final quality inspection for every shipment once the full order quantity is produced and packed. For new products, in-line inspections can be scheduled during production. We follow the Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) set by our customers, conducting random sampling tests to assess acceptable defect rates.
